Sunday Morning Mind's Eye Meditations are a perfect way to start the week. Consider this a Meditation 101, a chance to quiet the mind and find peace. There are two meditations offered. The first one is a short breathing preparation meditation and the next one is a longer "journey- themed meditation." The goal is to allow you to leave feeling more relaxed, more confident, and in better control of your thoughts. $10 per person
