Now this is a toughy! I have spent most of my life tipping the scale a little too much! My posing has always been soda! Actually, Coca Cola! So good and so bad!

As for my own experience with over eating and food! Hershey Almond Candy bars! Yes bars! I would eat them simply because they were accessible! It got to the point that every time I went to Home depot ( I was do a lot of remodeling in my home) I would pick up a bar as I was paying for my stuff and by the time I got to the truck all I had left was an empty wrapper.
