I personally listen to my own self hypnosis recordings while I sleep and I have been very successful. They are extremely comfortable. You do not feel the speakers agaisnt your ears. The prices range from $20 up to a couple hundred dollars. I purchased a $30 pair and love them. They last me about 3 evenings of sleep on one charge.
