Jar is filled with corresponding herbs, flowers and crystals.  
To activate:  
Open the jar, write name on paper, place in jar with something personal (picture, hair, nail clipping, etc.), water or alcohol, clear your mind, recite prayer/intention, shake bottle, and place on altar or safe place.  (comes with written instructions)
