Hypnosis for Weight Loss
Let me begin by sharing that I have struggled with being over weight for most since I was a child and far into my adult life. I grew up in a family like many that eating was good for you but not like this. My mother showed love by feeding and feeding you. This still may sound ok to many but when the meals only consisted of Fried Pork, Rice and Beans..Fried Chicken, Rice and Beans over and over and over as a young growing, it did not make me big and strong. It only made me fat! It wasn't until I was in my mid 30's that food truly should be eaten more as a form of nutrition and not for entertainment purposes! As a teenager 2 McRib sandwiches, 2Cheeseburgers, 2 Large Fries, an Apple pie and as much Coca Cola as I could consume was very typical to a visit to the golden arches. I know! I know! You may be shocked and probably disgusted but I ate to be big and strong and I ate casue I was depressed and I became depressed because I was fat! What saved me was FEAR! In my late 40's I was diagnosed as a Diabetic and it so happens that the following weekend I went to a friends house to eat and met her boyfriend for the first time who was also a diabetic and would have to give himself 7 shots of inusulin into his stomach and still went on and on how he ate everything under the sun. Well, this was a rude awakening for me and I began to simply cutback! I still ate but I began to just slow down and do something I have never done before...CHEW! I used to inhale food and now looking back I lusted food! I know this now because instead of eating a tray of Cannolis and a bag filled with Large chocolate chip cookies from the bakery I find myself having a cannoli if once a year and have not had a large cookie in quite awhile. But now I have created good eating habits, balanced eating habits and I stoppped eating with my eyes. I have lost a significent amount of weight and it was not hard to do at all. I never starved myself but I added a workout schedule to my life and I now feel much better! So you see, If I can, so can YOU!
