I look forward to meeting YOU for your first session.  Prior to our session please have the "A Little about Me" form (below) filled out.  The more information YOU are able to provide the better I will be able to help YOU reach YOUR goals. My intention is to make the session as focused and meaningful for YOU as possible.

Understand that getting to know the real YOU is so important to me. The first appointment is usually just that, the intake visit. What YOUR beliefs are, what are YOUR goals, what are YOU passionate about, and what truly makes YOU the amazing person YOU are!

Please consider that payment is due before the day of our session.  I accept cash, credit card, paypal or venmo.  I respectfully request at least 24 hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.  

There is a $50.00 no show fee.
