This Hypnosis is very near and dear to me because growing up I too had an issue with comprehension and remembering what I read. In this session the focus is on the importance of reading. It is recommended that the hypnosis be played every evening for at least 21 days. The more often the better but this is a session to be only played while sleeping or napping. This recording is 6 hours 12 minutes and 42 seconds.  As for the best  way to listen to a recording while sleeping. I recommend "Musizccozy" headphones. I personally wear them. They basically are a headband with earphones that are flat. They have a USB plug and the charge last me for days.
